本日午後から、第1回SFC生総会議決権行使（投票）用ページで、事前登録のためにCNSアドレスを入力した後に送付される確認メールが届かないトラブルが発生しています。

原因は既におおよそ特定されており、現在対応を行っておりますが、投票管理委員会の操作可能範囲外で事象が発生しているため、対応に時間を要する見込みです。

事前登録していただいたCNSアドレスには、問題が解消され次第、改めて確認メールを送付する予定です。その確認メールのURLにアクセスして頂き、以降は従来通りの手続きが可能になります。

現時点で事前登録期間の延長及び議決権行使期間の変更等は考えておりませんが、状況があまりにも長引いた場合は別途対応を検討いたします。

This matter has been resolved.

We are experiencing a trouble that the verification e-mails are not being delivered on pre-registration for voting.

The cause is already detected, however, is expected to take some time to resolve.

We will send the proper verification e-mail once the trouble is over. Then, the following procedure remains same.

At the moment, we are not going to extend the pre-registration schedule. However, if things went too bad, we will discuss to make another decision on it.
