７．2026年度湘南自治会予算の承認について / Shonan Student Union Approval of Budget for the Fiscal Year 2026

承認/approve：231票　反対/disapprove：5票　棄権/abstention：3票

承認多数により、本議案の提出までに全塾協議会に送付された2026年度湘南自治会予算が承認されました。

The Shonan Student Union budget for the fiscal year 2026 that was submitted to All Keio Student Council prior to the submission of this agenda was approved by a majority vote of approval.

８．湘南自治会憲章の改正について / Revision of the Constitution of Shonan Student Union

賛成/approve：225票　反対/disapprove：13票　棄権/abstention：1票

賛成多数により改正案が承認されました。

The amendment was approved by a majority vote of approval.

有効とは認められない議決権行使が12件確認されましたが、いずれの議案においても、賛否の逆転が発生しないため、本議決権行使は有効とします。

Although 12 instances of invalid voting were confirmed, the voting results are deemed valid as this does not affect the outcome of any proposal.

なお、2024年度湘南自治会決算の報告議案については、議決権行使の過程において総会細則第11条に違反する状態であったと判断されたため、当議案に対する決議は無効と判断されました。詳細及び今後の対応については添付の資料をご覧ください。

The resolution concerning the FY 2024 Shonan Student Union Settlement of Accounts Report was deemed invalid, as it was determined that the process of exercising voting rights was in violation of Article 11 of the General Meeting Regulations.
