執行委員の信任に関する議案及び投票用紙等につきまして、「事務局定例会議長」「事務総長」「事務局長」の表記ゆれがありました。正しくは、今回信任手続きを行うのは「事務局定例会議長」で、同時に議案となっている憲章の改正が可決された場合は「事務局定例会議長」として信任された者は「事務局長」として就任する、というものです。

Names of various positions in the Secretariat in the materials of the Second General Assembly of SFC Students.

On the agenda and ballot paper regarding the confidence of the Executive Committee members, there was a discrepancy in the names of “the Secretariat conference chairperson”, “Secretariat General” . The correct term is “the Secretariat conference chairperson”, and if the proposed Charter amendment is passed at the same time, “the Secretariat conference chairperson” will be amended to “Secretariat General”.
